Home Inspection

Top/Bottom, Inside/Outside thorough inspection of....

  • Roof
  • Exterior
  • Attic
  • Interior
  • Appliances
  • Foundation
  • Basement/Crawl Space
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • HVAC
  • Moisture Testing
  • Explosive Gas Detection

Radon Testing

Odorless, colorless, tasteless gas that causes cancer. It enters the home through soil. Testing is done in the lower level of the house. Should the levels of radon be unsafe, we would recommend radon mitigation.

Drone Inspection

4K Pictures and video footage of roof that has steep elevation.

Sewer Scope

Use of a sewer camera down the main line up to 100' to inspect the condition of the sewer line that runs from the house to the main sewer line. This inspection reveals any issues that may affect the sewer system like damaged pipes, root intrusion, blockages, offset pipe or belly pipe.

Septic System

According to the EPA, 25% of Americans have a septic system which is designed to last 25 years. However, like eveything else, septic systems need to be regularly inspected to ensure the health and saftey of the people living in the home.

Swimming Pools

Pools are a great way to have fun when they're working properly. Having a pool inspection lets you know about the pool's condition and ensures the pool is safe.

Well Inspection

It is important to have safe drinking water. Well inspections help to identify leaks or issues that could cause damage or health problems.

Additional Detached Structures

Any outbuilding other than a garage.

Example: second garage, carport, gazebo, shed, pole barn... etc.
